About Us

Jared Chrudimsky received massage training from Northern Lights School of Massage in Minneapolis in 1996. He specializes in various deep tissue massage techniques, including Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release. Jared is a six time winner of Worcester Magazine’s Best Massage Therapist Award (2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013) and the Reader’s Choice award in the Holden Landmark for Best Massage Therapist (2011, 2012, 2013). Besides working with Worcester Fitness since 2004, he has worked as a massage therapist with several college and semi-professional sports teams, including Florida State, Macalester College, Worcester State University, Assumption College, and the Worcester Sharks. He has also provided massage in chiropractic offices, hospitals, and alternative health centers, and for charities including the March of Dimes, Walk to Cure Cancer, and Katie’s 5K. From 2004-2010, Jared was an instructor and director of the Massage Therapy Program at Salter College, in West Boylston, MA.

Caroline has been a licensed massage therapist since 2003. She received her training from Amherst School of Massage Therapy in Amherst, MA. In 2005, Caroline became a Certified Nurse’s Assistant through the American Red Cross. She has been practicing in both fields for over 11 years. Caroline enjoys helping people, whether or not they are actively in pain. She specialize in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and Swedish massage techniques, and also has had extra training in pregnancy massage, hot stone massage, and rehabilitative care. Caroline has primarily worked in spas and chiropractic offices throughout her massage career. Her passion is to not only make her clients feel better, but to educate them on how to improve their own health.

As a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, Christina works from an anatomically informed perspective and specializes in the treatment of muscular pathologies including plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tension headaches, and more. With a gentle yet firm touch, Christina tailors each massage to her client’s unique needs; employing a combination of myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and Swedish relaxation. She feels incredibly lucky to be a part of the Revitalize team, and looks forward to touching more lives with the transformative and therapeutic power of massage!

Kate is a 2019 graduate of SpaTech Westborough. After years of working as an administrative assistant, she realized that people should not just work to earn a living but to make a difference in people's lives. Kate believes everyone should do what they love and are passionate about. After earning a degree in psychology, she decided that helping people heal was her true calling. She believes in taking a holistic approach to wellness and upon studying positive psychology, she learned that massage therapy, energy work and meditation can assist people in maintaining their physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Marykate has been a massage therapist for over six years. In January 2016 she received her certificate in holistic massage from Spa Tech Institute in Ipswich. Marykate creates a custom massage for the individual implementing deep tissue, Swedish and myofascial techniques

Amber Mathews discovered her interest in therapy in 2006 after seeing many people around her suffering from pain and illness and realizing she wanted to do something about it. She started massage school in Florida but returned home to Massachusetts to complete her training at Salter College in 2009. Amber is an extremely intuitive therapist who rarely follows a set routine. She is a great listener who tailors each massage to the clients’ needs using a wide variety of techniques ranging from light Swedish massage to deep tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Holy Fire Reiki. Amber also incorporates her passion for Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) essential oils into the treatments she provides by using her extensive knowledge to enhance the healing experience.

Shauna is a 2007 graduate of Spa Tech Institute in Westborough, MA where she studied Deep Tissue and Swedish massage. Since graduating Shauna has been certified in Integrative Reflexology and Reiki. It is Shauna’s desire to provide a therapeutic and effective treatment using various massage techniques to each and every client that allows her the opportunity. Her goal is that you never leave feeling the way you did when you came in, but rather, that you leave with less pain, more range of motion, less stress, and feeling more relaxed with an overall sense of well-being.

Coralys De Jesus is a certified Reiki practitioner, guided meditation facilitator, and holistic health advocate with a bachelor’s in Child Study and Human Development from Tufts University. With certifications in Reiki levels 1 and 2 and a passion for helping others achieve balance and inner peace, she offers both in-person and fully remote Reiki Healing and Energy Reading sessions. Coralys creates a supportive and loving space where clients can relax, recharge, and reconnect with their inner selves, guiding them on their journey toward greater well-being. Her practice emphasizes inclusivity and holistic care, blending spiritual energy work with mindfulness and compassion. In addition to her role as a Reiki practitioner, Coralys serves as the afternoon receptionist at Revitalize, where she balances her administrative duties with offering restorative Reiki sessions. Coralys is dedicated to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit of each client, helping them find peace and harmony. Her commitment is to provide a healing experience that empowers her clients to live with renewed energy and clarity.
